Each property listing is subject to approval by ForRentWashingtonDC.org (FRDC) before appearing on this website.

All advertisements for the rental of houses, apartments or condominiums published on this website are subject to the federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise "any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, or intention to make such preference, limitation, or discrimination."

    This website will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is in violation of the law. All persons are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised are available on an equal opportunity basis.

  2. The registrant fully understands that FRDC reserves the right of accepting or declining your registration or property listing at their discretion.

  3. FRDC is in no way responsible for any communication, contact or decisions made by the Landlords and Renters.

  4. FRDC makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees with respect to any information supplied on this site.

  5. FRDC will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement.

  6. This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to it's conflict of laws provisions, and the parties agree that the sole venue of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from this agreement shall be the appropriate state or federal court located in the County of Fairfax, Virginia, and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

  7. FRDC reserves the right to upgrade, change, design, alter, or create any programming and/or graphics to enhance its efficiency and/or technology within this website at any time.

  8. FRDC offers no guarantees. Use of this site is at your own risk.

  9. All FRDC users must agree to the above stated terms and conditions of this Agreement and Privacy Statement before submitting registration information.

  10. All Registrants hereby certify that all statements made within their application are true.
